There are no restaurants open in New Mexico, Carlsbad at least, on the 4th! In CT that's all that's open!! Here, we were able to find car parts at 7:00 pm on the 4th, but the "Real Pit BBQ home cookin'" is closed :(( Don't worry, no car trouble. Our side mirror on the camper fell off so we replaced it :)
Anyway, we came to the park with a pizza and are making the best of it. At least we have a good seat for the fireworks!
